This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mobile VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, resell, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. The App, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting devices, accounts, and credentials, and for risks caused by jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers respective terms.
Service limitations: the App depends on available Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failure caused by device arrears, carrier restrictions, signal quality, system permissions, or local network faults. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own use and must comply with applicable laws and regulations. We try to provide accurate route information and stable service, but network conditions may be affected by third-party data centers, carriers, device systems, and platform policies. The App may release updates from time to time for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service for operational, compliance, or security reasons.
