This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile VPN (referred to as 'this Service', 'the Service Provider', or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing the mobile application (the 'App'). We process data on the principles of necessity, transparency, and minimization.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect information required for service operation, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access path, session duration, and approximate region. This information is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Mobile VPN route availability; 2. identify regional connection issues through anonymous aggregate data and improve stability; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account messages. We do not use sensitive information for purposes unrelated to the service.

We only provide anonymous or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except when required by legal process, regulatory obligations, protection of users' life or property, fraud investigation, or cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality duties. If you want to stop new data generation, you may uninstall the App through the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information has been collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Guardians may also contact us through the same email address.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or business process adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
